Migrate G Suite to G Suite

This migration tool is specifically designed to transfer complete G Suite account data to another account or new domain. The tool will migrate email, contacts, calendar & document of all users accounts simultaneously. The software is tested to transfer complete G Suite account data at high speeds.

Migrate Using Admin Credentials

G Suite migration tool requires Administrator credentials of both source and destination domains to migrate Google Apps to new domain. For the security of the organizational data, the tool requires the Admin credential for the authentication of the migration. After validating both admin accounts, users can easily proceed with the migration process.

Provides Filter Options

To migrate only selective G Suite account data, the G Suite migration tool provides two filter options.

• Category Filter: To migrate G suite to G Suite, admin can select the categories that need to be migrated. There are four types of categories: Emails, Calendars, Contacts & Documents. Admin can set this filter at the beginning of the migration to save both time and space.
• Date Range Filter: For further refining the data for migration, the software also provides the date-range filter. This option is enabled of each selected category, the tool will only migrate data between the certain date range of each category.

Migrates Application Permission

During the G Suite data transfer the tool allows to migrate various multiple types of application permissions:

• Document Permission: This feature allows the users to transfer the document access permission from the source to destination G Suite account. After the transfer is completed, the destination user can also access the documents which are accessible to the source account.
• Group Permission: After enabling this option, the tool will migrate the same group permissions in the destination domain.

User Account Mapping Options

During G Suite migration, the tool provides multiple options for mapping source and destination account / domain:

• Fetch User: This option will automatically fetch all the users accounts from the source G Suite domain and list it in the tool dashboard. The destination id will remain empty for Admin to manually enter the destination account for each source user account.
• Import Users: This option will allow the user to import a CSV file containing the mapped source and destination user accounts. After fetching this file, the tool will list all the source and destination accounts for migration.
• Download Template: This option will create a sample CSV file for the users to map source and destination domain accounts. This file contains three constraints: Source ID, Destination ID, and Status (True/False).

Advance Migration Settings

G Suite migration tool provides the option for concurrent user migration in the Settings tab. This tab contains two option to fine-tune the performance parameters of migration, such as:

• Enable Multiple Accounts: When this option is enabled, the tool provides the feature to add multiple projects for the G Suite data transfer. In both source and destination screen, an icon will be displayed to add multiple migration projects.
• Concurrent Migration: This option allows to set the maximum number of users of each migration project. Users can manually set and distribute the number of users for migration in each project. No of Users in Migration = Concurrency Value * Number of Valid accounts.

Re-Run Migration

After the completion of G Suite migration, users can perform the migration again in three modes:

• Retry Failed Items: This mode will migrate all those items which failed to migrate in the initial run.
• Re-Run Full Migration: This mode will run all categories to counter any items that may have been skipped in the previous migration attempt.
• Delta Migration: After completion of migration once, if a user attempts to migrate G Suite to G Suite again, between the same accounts, then the tool will only migrate the newly arrived data.

Download Migration Report

After completion of G Suite migration, tool generates two types of migration reports:

• Summary Report: This option generates a single report which contains information about all the users that had been selected for the migration.
• Detailed Report: This option will generate a zip file containing the individual detailed report of each user migrated. Each report contains the categories and items of each category that has been migrated.
